Casio unveils the latest addition to its G-Shock MT-G line with the MTG-B3000. The streamlined timepiece uses high-density mounting technology to create the slimmest module to date for a solar-powered G-Shock chronograph. It also features a slimmer case and a new Dual Core Guard structure that combines a carbon-reinforced resin case and metal components to give the watch its rugged yet lightweight structure. It also features 200M water resistance, radio wave reception and Bluetooth connectivity with Smartphone Link, Tough Solar power, and up to 18 months of battery on a full charge.

The watch will be available in Japan this May. A US release has not yet been announced.
