Epaulet sources a legendary leather for its Museum Calf collection
Benchmark-setting leather.
Epaulet sought the best leather out there for their latest shoe collection and they sourced an Ilcea Radica Calfskin leather from Italy that's also known as Museum Calf, a rich material that said to be known for its "unique marbling and subtle cloudy appearance." The leather receives a special treatment that allows for colors to be absorbed into the hide rather than just coloring the surface. What that results in is a leather that is deep and rich with color. The shoes are slowly and carefully treated and constructed and only fifty of each color will be available.
