Evolving the design elements that began with their DB28 timepiece from 2010, De Bethune marks the 10th anniversary of the watch with three ultra-thin limited editions. The three new models elevate the DB28 design with a thin, highly-complex case design, which features a 43mm polished grade 5 titanium case with a "microlight" case middle. Each watch features a unique dial design such as a Starry Sky variant with a blue dial, pink gold hands, and white gold stars. The movement in each watch is a 165 component hand-wound movement with a six-day power reserve.
