Danner Ridge

The Danner Light has been a staple of their lineup since its introduction in 1979 and now the company is building on that idea with the new Ridge boot. The Ridge takes the styling of the Danner Light and wraps that around a new construction that takes the shank, midsole, and lasting board and combines them into one single piece.

Add this to a lower profile Kletterlift Vibram sole and you end up upping the comfort and lowering the overall weight of the shoe. You've also got a full-grain leather and waxed canvas upper, GORE-TEX liners to keep it all waterproof and breathable, an Ortholite footbed, and stitchdown construction that enhances stability and allows for recrafting when needed.
