Stylist Akio Hasegawa brings back the Clarks Wallaroo for Beams' 45th anniversary
Clarks' Wallabee is one of the most famous moccasin silhouettes of all time and the company has tried to replicate its popularity over the years with a number of different variations. One of these models was the Wallaroo, a rare style from 20 years ago that translates the Wallabee into a mid-cut boot. Resurrected by stylist Akio Hasegawa, the design takes a more minimal approach by ditching the laces and extending the moccasin stitching to the collar of the shoe. It's also equipped with the brand's signature crepe sole and is signed with Hasegawa's initials at the heel.
Available on January 15th at Beams locations in Japan.
