Chanel grabbed a lot of attention when it introduced its first men's timepiece, the Monsieur. The watch wasn't a simple badge job of a Chanel logo on an average timepiece design. It featured an in-house movement developed in collaboration with Romain Gauthier and a unique, but tasteful dial design. Chanel is now updating the watch with a new model that's wrapped in a black ceramic 42mm case and a matte black dial for a monochromatic look. The watch will use the same hand-wound Calibre 1 movement as before with its 72-hour power reserve.
