Casio is celebrating the watch that started it all with an all-metal version of its 5000 Series G-Shock. Available in silver or ion-plated gold, the new metal version features a protective resin material that's sandwiched between the metal exterior and the electronics to enhance durability. You've also got a full metal bracelet, solar charging, an automatic LED backlight, and it even can connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth to set the correct local time no matter where you are in the world.

The watch will hit Japanese shelves this April. An American release date has yet to be announced.
