G-Shock's Full Metal 5000 gets wrapped with a laser-etched treatment with the new GMW-B5000

Casio's Full Metal 5000 is getting a whole new look with the introduction of the GMW-B5000. The new model features a laser-etched grid pattern the covers the whole watch and is matched with a Black IP finish. The watch also features a screw-lock back case with a DLC finish, a shock-resistant structure enhanced by a resin-based cushioning material, and the full swath of G-Shock features such as multi-band 6, solar-powered charging, a world timer with up to five timezones, a full-LED automatic backlight, and Bluetooth connectivity. 

A US release has yet to be announced.
