Breitling reveals the new Navitimer Cosmonaute
Breitling looks back to one of its biggest moments in history as the first-ever Swiss wristwatch in space when the Navitimer Cosmonaute joined astronaut Scott Carpenter on the Mercury-Atlas 7 mission. Breitling is celebrating this historical moment with a special edition of the watch, carefully reproducing many of the original elements to create the Navitimer B02 Chronograph 41 Cosmonaute Limited Edition. The watch features a 41mm case that surrounds the watch's signature circular slide rule, a dial with the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association "wings" logo, 24-hour numerals, and of course, a chronograph. It's also fitted with a platinum bezel and is powered by Breitling's own Manufacture Caliber B02 hand-wound movement, which has a power reserve of 70 hours.
