Benrus releases a re-edition of the DTU-2A/P field watch
The watch was originally issued to the US military in 1964.

Built to meet combat specifications in early 1960s for the US Military, the Benrus DTU returns as a re-edition to celebrate the original timepiece. The new DTU-2A/P features a 39.5mm 316L stainless steel case with a bead blasted finish, a black dial, and Super-LumiNova hands and markers. Powering the watch is Sellita's SW200 automatic movement, which has a 38-hour power reserve and a water resistance of 330ft. The watch also features a double domed acrylic crystal, a green seatbelt nylon single pass NATO strap, and a removable compass.
