Hodinkee takes inspiration from '70s Autavias for its latest watch collaboration

Hodinkee is looking to a favorite of both Heuer enthusiasts and watch fans in general with a new collaboration that's inspired by the rare "Orange Boy" racing chronograph. The new Autavia Calibre Heuer 02 For Hodinkee translates that model into the newly updated silhouette and comes complete with a tachymeter bezel, those classic orange accents, and a “beads-of-rice” steel bracelet. As for specs, the watch is 42mm and features the company's in-house, Heuer 02 column wheel chronograph movement, which has a 75-hour power reserve. 

The watch is will be produced in limited quantities and is now available for pre-order with delivery set for October to December 2018.
