Audemars Piguet's incredible RD#2 concept is getting an official release with the debut of the Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin, which is now the world's thinnest perpetual calendar. The watch contains the company's Calibre 5133 automatic movement, which has a 40-hour power reserve and is just 2.89mm thick. It is comprised of 256 components that come together to power the watch's day, date, astronomical moon, month, leap year, night and day indication, and hour and minute functions. That movement is encased in a 6.3mm satin-brushed titanium case with a polished platinum bezel and is fitted with a matching satin-brushed titanium bracelet with platinum links.
