Created as a ongoing platform for Indigenous voices, Walk Gently is a new initiative by Arc'teryx to celebrate Indigenous culture through storytelling that is told through a seven-piece collection of apparel and accessories inspired by the people of the Coast Salish region of the Pacific Northwest. Designed by Musqueam artist, Cole Sparrow-Crawford, the collection features pieces like a limited-edition Beta Jacket (top) and a Kragg Shoe with a motif inspired by traditional Coast Salish design elements. One of our favorite pieces from the collection is the Walk Gently Blanket (above), a piece inspired by a wool weaving technique, a craft that was revived by Sparrow-Crawford's aunts who continue to keep the tradition alive today.

Available now at select Arc'teryx stores in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle, and Boulder, Colorado.
