Arc'teryx's Magnus Coat offers Veilance styling at a much lower price point
The jacket features Coreloft insulation and a two-layer Gore-Tex shell.
It's hard not to drool over every piece in Arc'teryx's high-end Veilance line, but their main line actually has some pretty clean pieces that are worth noting. This season, the company added a style called the Magnus Coat, which has a look that is more in line with Veilance than the rest of its alpine/ski-specific technical pieces. The jacket features a N60p Gore-Tex 2L shell that's both wind and waterproof and Coreloft synthetic insulation keeps you extra warm when the mercury starts to freefall into freezing temperatures.
