The A. Lange & Söhne Zeitwerk is watchmaking at its highest level and this week, it's getting one of its most exciting updates yet. The complex timepiece is getting a new version with Lange's proprietary honey gold 41.9mm case that surrounds a semi-transparent Lumen dial that allows for the luminous numerals to be fully visible. The Zeitwerk design displays time via two discs that indicate the hour and minutes via large window apertures and both a power reserve and a sub-seconds are placed at the top and bottom of the dial, each of which is fitted with a honey gold hand. Powering the watch is their 462-component L043.9 manually-wound movement, which has a 72-hour power reserve.
