Specialized introduces two new flagship models to their helmet line with the launch of the S-Works Prevail 3 and S-Works Evade 3. The Prevail 3 (above) is the company's most ventilated helmet yet by removing the foam "bridges" from the center of the helmet to create thru-air channels to greatly increase ventilation. It also uses their new AirCage technology to better distribute energy throughout the helmet with a system of woven aramid cables and carbon fiber side panel anchors.
Designed for speed and ventilation, the new Evade 3 is their most aerodynamic helmet in the lineup with a rear diffuser that reduces drag while also increasing ventilation. It also has enlarged front vents to increase airflow, Occipital Base Adjustment to optimize fit for individual head shapes, an adjustable Tri-Fix web system for enhanced comfort, a lightweight Mindset micro-dial fit system with height adjustability, and MIPS Air Node technology.
