Metcon 4

The new Metcon might not look different to most, but the popular training shoe is getting some major upgrades to make it make their most durable shoe in the lineup. The outsole and underfoot cushioning of the Metcon 4 has remained unchanged, but Nike has made some big upgrades to the shoe's durability with haptic technology on the upper to strengthen high-wear areas. It also features a two-layer sandwich mesh also adds cushioning and improved support while an additional lacing eyelet delivers a more custom fit, and extra padding on the tongue.

The Nike Metcon 4 will be available on December 19th via Nike iD and it will then roll out to North American dealers on January 1st, and globally on January 4th.
