After announcing the new Air Mag, many Nike fans and fans of Back to the Future were wondering if the company would ever officially bring it to market. This week, Tinker Hatfield announces the HyperAdapt 1.0, the power-lacing shoe for the rest of us. It will be the first mainstream sneaker to feature their adaptive lacing technology that activates via two buttons on the side of the sneaker that automatically tightens and loosens the shoe. The shoe will be available for Nike+ members starting later this year.
