Recently used to break the 50 mile world record in exactly 4:50:08 (5:48/mile) by Ultrarunner Jim Walmsley, Hoka One One's Carbon X proved its worth with its carbon fiber plate and Meta-rocker midsole to create a lightweight, high-performance running shoe. The shoe also features a single layer engineered mesh upper, reinforced embroidery for a secure heel fit, a gusseted tongue to lock down the midfoot, Profly X technology for stability and responsiveness, and a wider forefoot platform with a rubberized foam outsole.

Available May 15th.
