
Yamaha introduces its latest Hyper Naked model, the MT-10 SP
Yamaha has revealed a new addition to its Hyper Naked lineup with the MT-10 SP. The stripped down styling comes finished in a Liquid Metal/Raven color scheme and also features a polished swingarm and a color-matched lower fairing. The bike is also the first to be equipped with Öhlins' next-generation electronically-controlled semi-active suspension system, allowing for an extended range of damping adjustments with three semi-active damping modes and three manual setting modes.
Powering the bike is an upgraded 998cc liquid-cooled CP4 crossplane engine that is derived from the YZF-R1's engine. The bike also features a six-axis IMU with a selection of rider aids, acoustic amplifier grilles to enhance the engine note, an advanced Quick Shift System, a premium 4.2" full-color TFT display, and an Advanced Yamaha Chip Controlled Throttle system with an Accelerator Position Sensor Grip.
