Royal Enfield Twins

Royal Enfield is adding two bikes to the lineup that will be powered by their 650 Twin, a new engine inspired by their famous parallel twin cylinder. The lightweight, 648cc, 47 hp engine is said to be easier to maintain and features a single-piece forged crank with a 270 degree firing order, a Bosch fuel injection system, and uses fewer components than previous models.

The air-cooled engine will be found in the new Continental GT 650 Twin, an evolution of the popular GT 250 and the all-new Interceptor, a classic Royal Enfield model that returns in 2018 with '60s-inspired styling hits that pay proper tribute to the beloved original.
