There are a ton of hotels in Las Vegas, but very few offer something for those who don't want the full-on Vegas experience. The new NoMad hotel inside of the Park MGM property delivers a much more refined option than the usual fare. The hotel will have a casino, but it will be a much more intimate affair with a focus on high limit Roulette, Blackjack and Baccarat, crafted cocktails from Leo Robitschek, and an ambience inspired by the European casinos.
The hotel will be comprised of 293 rooms, all of which are designed by French architect, Jacques Garcia. Inspired by New York, the rooms will feature custom furnishings, curated artwork by Paris design studio, be-poles, and freestanding pedestal bathtubs. Rooms will rane from a 406 square foot King Suite all the way up to the 2,000 square foot Suite Royal Premiere.
As for food and drink, a November opening is planned for the restaurant, which will serve up classic American fare with a menu designed by Chef Daniel Humm. The NoMad Bar will also have food readily available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with live jazz in the evenings and a bar menu designed by Leo Robitschek, who's team was awarded the #4 ranking for the 2018 World’s 50 Best Bars.
