Limited to just 200 bottles worldwide, the Macallan has announced its 50 Years Old for 2018, a rare single-malt worthy of the finest whiskey collections. Matured in European oak sherry casks from Spain, the whiskey is described to have a nose of wood vanillas, blackcurrants, and earthy tones with a nose of sweet oak vanillas, fudge, toffee, black peppercorns, and fig with a dry finish with subtle notes of peat.
