The Dalmore's new 50 Year old celebrates half a century of its Master Distiller's work - Acquire
Honoring Master Distiller, Richard Paterson.
The Dalmore 50 Years Bottle

The Dalmore is releasing a new 50 Year Old Single Malt to celebrate its Master Distiller, Richard Paterson. Paterson has put in about half a century into the whisky business so the Dalmore crafted a set that includes a crystal decanter by Baccarat, a presentation case from Linley, and each decanter is finished with a solid silver stag that was crafted by Hamilton and Inches.

Each Bottle will be hand-filled upon ordering and features a whisky that is matured in American white oak, Matusalem oloroso sherry casks and is then transferred to Henri Giraud Champagne casks for 50 days. As for tasting notes, the whisky is described with an aroma of "caramelised orange segments, vanilla pods and sweet sultanas" and a flavor profile of "tangy thick cut marmalade, roasted coffee and moist chocolate cake" with a finish of crushed almonds, black morello cherries and soft liquorice."
