The Dalmore has got a new and rare whisky from its Highland distillery, a 35 year old expression that's been aged in three different types of casks: a distillery run bourbon barrel, a Matusalem Sherry Butt and a Port Colheita Pipe. A special expression deserves a special bottle.

The company commissioned a crystal decanter from none other than French crystal house, Baccarat. The flavor profile is described with a nose of "crushed almonds, coffee mousse, soft liquorice and ginger bread," flavors of "dark treacle cake, freshly ground Java coffee and banana bread," and a finish of "roasted chestnuts, raisins and intense orange peel."
