Suntory releases its 2021 Hibiki Japanese Harmony edition
Suntory's 2021 Hibiki Japanese Harmony edition makes it debut with a bottle so beautiful, you might never want to crack it open. The bottles are decorated with painted flowers and ribbons of water, inspired by Japan's twenty-four seasons. The artwork is a perfect complement to the bottle's design, which has always featured 24 facets that refer to the 24 hours in a day as well as the 24 seasons in the traditional Japanese lunar calendar. The whisky's tasting notes are described to have notes of rose, lychee, rosemary, and sandalwood on the nose with a palate of honey, orange peel, and white chocolate and a finish of Japanese oak.
