Japanese Whisky popularity has certainly soared to an all-time high and at the center of it all is none other than Suntory Whisky. The company is announcing their latest expression, which takes their Hakushu American white oak cask malt whisky and pairs it with their Chita heavy-type grain whisky to add a sweet, vanilla flavor to the fresh flavor profile of the Hakushu. The mixture combines to great a smooth yet sophisticated formula with woody, bittersweet notes and a hint of spice. Toki is available this month in the US and will hit Canada in July.
