Shinola heads west to Oregon and teams up with one of the most famous and respected knife makers in the buisness, Benchmade. For their collaboration, the two companies have released a special version of one of Benchmade's latest knives, the 485 Valet.

The pocket folder updates the handle in a rugged Dymondwood, each of which has its own grain pattern and color so no two knives are alike. The knife also features their patented AXIS folding mechanism, a M390 steel blade, orange G10 spacer, and a pocket clip that can be placed on either side of the handle for left or right-handed use.
