Patagonia is taking its Worn Wear campaign on tour with a special truck that will begin its journey in their hometown of Ventura, CA and embark on a cross-country mission to enlighten customers on how to maintain and care for their gear so you can enjoy your Patagonia product for a lifetime.
The company is bringing some of their repair staff from their repair facility in Reno, Nevada to not only fix any broken zippers, rips, or tears, but also teach customers how to fix those very problems themselves. The truck will be making stops at various retail locations, coffee shops, and trailheads across the country and as you can see the truck will be quite hard to miss.
The unique vehicle is a custom job from surfer and artist Jay Nelson, who created a solar-powered camper shell made from redwood that lived its former life as wood in giant wine barrels and sits on a '90s Cummins fueled by biodiesel.
