Freddie Noe introduces his second Little Book whiskey
This concoction took almost 40 attempts to perfect.
Beam family member, Freddie Noe, is back with another bottle for his Little Book series with the introduction of Chapter 2: Noe Simple Task. After trying almost forty different recipes, Noe picked a blend of 40-year-old Canadian whisky, an 8-year-old Kentucky straight rye, and a 13-year-old Canadian rye whisky. The end result is a golden-colored whiskey with an aroma of "caramel with soft spice and dried fruit notes", a taste "of seasoned oak, spice and vanilla notes with hints of cinnamon", and a warm spice finish.
