Knob Creek Single Barrel 25

Fred Noe has got a lot to be proud of this year, as the Knob Creek founder is celebrating his distillery's 25th Anniversary. The 7th generation Master Distiller is releasing the company's first barrel strength bourbon, an expression that has been aged for 12-13 years and is bottled at 120-125 proof. The bourbon is described as having a taste of "deep full vanilla, surprisingly sweet and nutty" with an aroma of "robust vanilla and caramel; slightly smoky complemented by rich notes of oak."
