Gulfstream has announced its longest-range business jet, the G800. The Rolls-Royce Pearl 700-powered aircraft has a total range of 9,206 miles when traveling at Mach 0.85 and an 8,055 mile range at Mach .90. The G800 can seat up to 19 passengers and has up to four living areas, panoramic oval windows, a Gulfstream Symmetry Flight Deck with the latest in avionics technology, improved fuel efficiency, and a plasma-ionizing clean air system that can neutralize 99.9% of airborne bacteria, spores, and odors. The G800 will also be joined by a new G400 model that has a range of almost 5,000 miles at Mach .85, seating for up to 12 passengers, and the largest cabin in its class.
Deliveries of the G800 will begin in 2023 while the G400 will hit tarmacs in 2025.
