George Dickel has a new addition to its whiskey collection, but you're going to have to embark on a little trip good ol' Tennessee if you want a bottle. Their 17-Year Old whiskey is made using their "Handmade the Hard Way production", which involves chill charcoal mellowing filtration and single story warehouse aging.

That mash bill contains 84% corn, 8% rye, and 8% malted barley that delivers notes of molasses and rich oak and tasting notes of vanilla, caramel, pepper, and toasted oak. As we mentioned before, the bottles will only be available in Tennessee where you can get them at George Dickel's Cascade Hollow Distillery in Tullahoma and select local whiskey retailers.
