Cuervo and Fender have teamed up to create a unique guitar...out of agave? The plant where tequila comes from has served up as the basis for their latest project, a Stratocaster that gets its wooden bits swapped out for agave plant material. Created by surfboard shaper Gary Linden and Fender Master Builder, Paul Waller. the end result is a pure agave body that takes over 30 man hours to get one primed and ready for real world use.
