Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. (the folks behind George Dickel) continue their Cascade Moon Whisky series with Edition No. 2. Paying homage to the past while looking toward the future, the new release uses a small batch blend from 2003, the year the distillery reopened. The blend used less than 20 barrels, containing some of their best whiskies, which have been aged for at least 17 years. This special blend is housed in an equally special bottle made out of sand-blasted ceramic with labels that are hand printed using a 130-year-old press.
Cascade Moon Edition No. 2 will be available at select retailers in Tennessee, California, and Texas this month.
