The brand has released its first bourbon of the year, a special release called 'Kathleen's Batch.' It's named after Kathleen DiBenedetto, the first brand manager for brands like Knob Creek and Basil Hayden’s and is seen as an influential figure in pushing premium bourbons into the mainstream. The bourbon's taste profile is described to have "deep and complex flavors of vanilla, nuts and oak." with an aroma of "robust vanilla and caramel notes."
