If you've been seeking something a little stronger than the usual swill, 1792's new whiskey should definitely do the trick. They've just released a limited edition 125 proof bourbon that will most definitely put some hair on your chest. Poured in 2007, the bourbons were aged in oak barrels for over eight years and underwent a filtering process that skipped traditional chill filtration to keep it at 125 proof. Set to be released annually for the next three years, the bourbon is described to have vanilla and dried cherry scent notes with flavors of "caramel and jam-like fruit."
