Wiesmann returns to fully embrace the EV era with an electric version of their roadster. Called Project Thunderball, the car maintains the brand's design language that has a much more classic look than what you would expect for a high-performance EV. Power comes from an electric dual-motor engine that produces 912 hp and 808 lb-ft of torque, allowing it to hit a 0-62 time of 2.9 seconds while delivering a (WLTP rated) range of over 300 miles. As for charging speed, Project Thunderball uses an 800V system and should be able to reach DC fast charging speeds of up to 300kW.
