Tesla turns the Model S into a supercar with the upcoming Plaid model

Tesla announced a new version of the Model S sedan that will feature a Tri-Motor All-Wheel-Drive system that produces over 1,110 hp. All that power turns the Model S into the 0-60 king with the fastest acceleration of any production car to date. 0-60 happens in less than two seconds and it is capable of reaching a top speed of 200 mph. It will also have an enormous amount of range with an estimated 520+ miles on a single charge.
