Porsche is topping off the Cayenne range with a new flagship model called the Cayenne Turbo GT. The high-performance SUV is powered by a 4.0L twin-turbo V8 that produces 631 hp and 626 lb-ft of torque. This translates into a 0-60 time of 3.1 seconds, a quarter-mile time of 11.6 seconds, and a top speed of 186 mph. Those numbers also make it the quickest and fastest production Cayenne Porsche has ever built.
Exclusive to Coupe model, the Cayenne Turbo GT receives a number of enhancements such as a stiffer suspension system, exclusive tires, a 17mm lower ride height, and the dampers, Power Steering Plus, and rear-axle steering system have been retuned specifically for this model. The car also features a reduction in body roll, a modified eight-speed Tiptronic S transmission with quicker shift times, and titanium exhausts.
The interior is spec'd with a number of standard features suchas eight-way sport seats, a rear sport seat arrangement with two seats, perforated Alcantara seat centers, contrast stitching, and a yellow accented multi-function sport steerin wheel. The exterior has also been updated with a GT-specific front fascia, a contoured carbon fiber roof, black fender arches, and 22" GT Design wheels. The rear also features carbon side plates for the upper rear wing, an adaptive spoiler with a two-inch gurney flap, and a carbon fiber rear diffuser.
The Cayenne Turbo GT is now available for orders and will arrive at dealers in early 2022.
