Polestar announces a 68 hp upgrade for North America owners of the Long range Dual motor Polestar 2

If you've been looking for a little more power for your Polestar 2, the company just announced that it will be offering a performance upgrade in the form of a software update for Long range Dual motor models. The update adds 68 hp and 15 lb-ft of torque, upping the output from 408 hp and 487 lb-ft of torque to 476 hp and 502 lb-ft of torque. This translates to a 0-60 time that is now reduced to 4.2 seconds and you also get rapid mid-range acceleration in speeds from 44-80mph.
