When Polestar introduced the brand to the world, they did so with a stunning GT inspired by its Volvo P1800 DNA. The Polestar 1 was released as a high-performance hybrid GT with a body made from lightweight carbon fiber and a powerful yet efficient engine that produced 609 hp and 737 lb-ft of torque. It also was capable of driving for over 70 miles on electric power, which is still the highest of any hybrid vehicle in production today. This year the Polestar 1 will end production, as it was always intended, with a special edition that has a custom matte gold exterior with matching gold calipers, black wheels, and gold interior stitching.
Build slots are now available and only 25 will be produced.
