Peugeot's performance line reveals its most powerful model yet, the Peugeot Sport Engineered 508. Available in a sedan or wagon, the new model produces 360 hp and 383 lb-ft of torque, allowing for a 0-62 time of 5.2 seconds and an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph. The car will feature comfort, hybrid, and sport driving modes, a widened front and rear track, 14" front brake discs and fixed four-piston calipers, and 20-inch wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport 45 tires. It also features four-wheel-drive, a plug-in hybrid engine option, nightvision, adaptive cruise control, a lane departure warning system, a digital dashboard, and a central 10" HD display. 

Peugeot plans to return to America in the near future and it is not known yet whether the Peugeot Sport Engineered 508 will be part of its American relaunch.
