The prolific team at AMG has unveiled their latest model, a twin-turbo V8-powered version of the Mercedes' first C-Class cabriolet. The AMG C63 Cabriolet will be available in two models: a 469-hp variant and a top-of-the-line 503-hp C63 S model. The standard model will push the car from 0-60 in 4.1 seconds with a limited top speed of 155 mph while the S model will hit that same time in 4 seconds flat and hits a limited top speed of 174 mph.

The V8 in the cabriolet has true sports car pedigree as it is sourced from the AMG GT and also features an AMG Speedshift MCT 7-Speed transmission for faster shifting. The car is equipped with AMG Ride Control suspension with adjustable adaptive damping that lets you choose from three modes: Comfort, Sport, and Sport+.

As for the roof mechanism, the fabric top can be opened at up to speeds of 31 mph and once that's open you can engage the Airscarf feature to keep you warm during colder days and an Aircap deflector keeps wind above your head and away from you and your passengers.
