Mercedes-AMG takes the AMG GT to the next level with a Black Series model that boasts the performance brand's most powerful V8 yet. Based on the 4.0L V8 biturbo, the handcrafted engine has been extensively modified and now delivers 720 hp and 590 lb-ft of torque, allowing for a 0-60 time of 3.1 seconds, a 0-124 time of under nine seconds, and a top speed of 202 mph. All that power is sent to the rear wheels via the AMG SPEEDSHIFT DCT 7-speed dual clutch transmission, which has been tweaked to handle the additional torque.

Aerodynamics have been enhanced with an array of inlets and flics to increase downforce while a two-stage rear spoiler constructed out of carbon fiber offers four levels of adjustability. Additional features include a lightweight carbon fiber roof, a carbon fiber rear hatch, a carbon fiber dual adjustable sway bar, Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R MO tires, and an AMG TRACTION CONTROL system.
