Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S E Performance

Mercedes-AMG introduces its first performance hybrid with the upcoming AMG GT 63 S E Performance. The four-door
"coupe" is getting a big bump in performance with a e-motor that joins the 4.0L twin-turbo V8 that combines to produce a massive 831 hp and 1,033 lb-ft torque. This translates into a 0-62 time of 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 196 mph. As you can imagine, the engine configuration is built for performance over fuel efficiency with just 7 miles of electric range. The design maintains the styling of the AMG GT 4-door with mostly subtle changes such as the integrated charging flap, fluted trapezoidal twin exhaust pipes, and the new "E Performance" badges.
