Mazda is assing a new model to its SUV portfolio with the upcoming CX-50. Designed to be a sleek off-road specialist, the CX-50 will come standard with the latest i-Activ All-Wheel-Drive system and Mi-Drive, which allows to the SUV to drive comfortably in a variety of scenarios and conditions. While Mazda has yet to reveal any performance numbers, they have announced that a variety of engine options will be available. These powertrains include a naturally-aspirated Skyactiv-G 2.5L, a Skyactiv-G 2.5L turbo, a traditional hybrid, and other electrified models.
Production will begin in January 2022.
