Mazda's new CX-4 brings coupe-like styling to their crossover lineup
Mazda continues to impress with its KODO design language and their latest model might just be one of the best examples of that style. The new CX-4 takes what we've seen in the CX-5 and CX-3 crossovers and stretches it out into a sportier, more coupe-like profile. The car will feature the company's Skyactiv-G engines that are available in 2.0L and 2.5L models.
The 2.0L model will come in a six-speed or automatic transmission while the 2.5L will only come with the automatic option. Front-wheel-drive is standard on the 2.0L model and their i-ACTIV-AWD all-wheel-drive system will be equipped in the top-of-the-line model. The only thing wrong with the CX-4 is that it will be exclusive to China and no plans have been announced to take the car global. Here's hoping.
