Lotus introduces their latest Cup car, the Elise Cup 250

The latest Lotus Elise is getting the Cup treatment with a high-performance model that brings track-level power in a daily driver. Lotus has reduced the weight of the car by using a combination of carbon fiber, titanium, and aluminum to create their quickest four-cylinder yet. 

The 1.8 liter engine is supercharged and matched up with a 6-speed manual transmission and rear-wheel-drive setup. As for speed, the car will get from -60 in 3.9 seconds an will hit a top speed of 154 mph.

Other performance features include a fully independent double wishbone sports suspension with adjustable front anti-roll bar, Bilstein dampers in the front and rear, AP Racing twin-piston front calipers and single-piston rear calipers, and an array of aerodynamic enhancements.

The Elise Cup 250 won't be available in the USA and will only be coming to the UK, Germany, France, Italy, and Japan.
