Like many automakers, Lincoln has arrived at a pivotal moment in its history as it moves toward the full electrification of its lineup. And as we've all seen, this creates an opportunity for brands to create cars like never before. Lincoln has explored this with a challenge to design students at Pasadena's ArtCenter College of Design to imagine the brand's Quiet Flight DNA in 2040. Four teams of transportation students took the challenge head-on, presenting bold concepts of what we might see from Lincoln in the future. Building on the Quiet Flight idea, students created a variety of vehicle concepts such as the Zephyr and Continental-inspired Lincoln Gilder sedan and a massive, yacht-like six-passenger luxury cruiser that creates a living room-style atmosphere with a self-driving system.
